Re: Windfoil/Wingfoil compatibility

Got some parts from AXIS I'm gonna try and piece together to see if it will work on the 160L Tahe Barge and hope the weight doesn't snap the mast [-o< Really just trying it out for those low wind days and then hop back on the fin once it picks up.. But, I'm sure that's how it all started with you ...

Re: Windfoil/Wingfoil compatibility

Ahh ok. I'm just looking around for windfoils to start windfoiling but there don't seem to be many out there used. I Just figured if i couldn't find one used, I could maybe try windfoiling a "wingfoil" to begin with. Sounds like its just mast length and bolt pattern on top of the mast that's ...

Windfoil/Wingfoil compatibility

Can you use a wingfoil on a windfoil board? Is there really any difference between the two other than one having a Deep Tuttle attachment and the other using a 4 bolt attachment? I’ve seen those Chinook adapters floating around but I know nothing about foils at all and don’t know if there’s ...

First (real) nose repair complete

Welp, I guess I finally catapulted hard enough to do some good damage to the 115L F2 to consider doing a real repair. I was honestly just thinking about getting a new board, but I then thought "how many more times is this gonna happen? What, am I just gonna get a new board every time I ding it ...

Re: Early Nitinat sessions

Just looking at the forecast for Thurs/Friday... looks like it might be worth checking out?! maybe?? Anyone know if it would be worth parking at the boat launch and launching from there? Sounds like its a hard "No" for campsite day use before the May long weekend.

Early Nitinat sessions

Hey all,

How early in the year do people head out to test out the conditions at Nininat? I mean I guess it's obvious just to look at the forecast but I was also thinking about the road conditions out there at this time of the year going into March. I've never been there so I'm not sure what really ...
