Is there a way to put up a live action cam that is always moving and not doing a still picture then a reload ?

There is definitely a way to do so, given that other locations have live action video cams. Cost is likely the issue. Become a BWD member and support the cause. You could help make it happen. Have a windy 2026, Karl!

Juat figure how much it will cost, and Kolder Surf will pay for it, if you call it the Kolder Surf Cam.

Thanks! Sadly, I am just a mere contributor and website user. Perhaps the site's admin geeks can take your recommendation for action and engage Kolder Surf.

It’s an interesting idea but my webcam installing days might be over. Also this may not be the best place for a live cam since there isn’t much action here compared to the old days. Maybe at a different spot or if someone else wants to take this on…
Cost would likely by $2k for a fixed live view and up to $4500 for a pan-tilt-zoom, like the Ross Bay cam.

The webcam is back. I went out yesterday to get it working. Big thanks to Jack for buying a new outdoor enclosure for the camera and putting it back up today. Hopefully the people that use it appreciate it while it's here.
