    Forecast for Tonight and Friday.
    Wind southeast 5 to 10 knots increasing to east 10 to 20 early this evening then diminishing to light early Friday afternoon. Showers overnight and Friday morning. Rain Friday late in the day.

    Extended Forecast
    Saturday: Wind east 10 to 20 knots.
    Sunday: Wind southwest 15 to 25 knots backing to southeast 10 to 20 late in the day.
    Monday: Wind southeast 25 to 35 knots becoming west 25 to 35.

    If there is anything I can do to help with the trouble-shooting;
    in order to get our beloved Dallas road web cam back online, I'd like to help.

    There are a lot of us who have enjoyed being able to check this particular cam, and if I can give back I'd be glad to do what I can to get it back online. 

    Please let me know what I can do.

    Do you know why the Dallas Road webcam is currently down ? How can we get it back ?

      I need to do more troubleshooting, but it’s likely a bad cable, power supply or (hopefully not) a dead camera.

          People can donate to BWD as well, which would help get it online faster if it is a dead camera which is expensive.  Those who regularly use the site/Dallas cam but who have never donated should really consider doing so.  It seemed to stop working in that last big Westerly.  Must be hard on the camera to rotate upwind when its 50 knots+.
          Under "Info" tab, first option is "Donate".

          The camera midspan power supply was replaced yesterday with no luck. I'll have to do some more testing on the cable. If it's the camera then I'm not sure what we will do, but we could possibly poach the Columbia Beach webcam since it's not being used atm.
