End of the new breakwater1037 viewsThis stupid dolphin/pier with the blue light on it is the friggin thing that ripped my new sail! A tough slog upwind to get around it. Cleared it by 4ft with my board, forgot to look up at the overhang. New Harrison breakwater506 viewsThere used to be an old breakwater that was only 1 - 2 ft above water level, and so we used to sail on the downwind side of it. Now there is a 50 - 75 yard wind shadow on the lee side of this massive new breakwater so we have launch on the upwind side. At low water it is about 30 ft above water level.
