please note:if boom clew is dragging just push nose of board down and this will raise clew. enjoy.

A keen understanding of getting off the water as wind drops or rigging big/go home should avoid the need for this technique....also it is useless to those who operate with basically one hip
but yeah, good cross training technique

Looks like a little to no wind technique...might be a little sketchy in 40knots
